The Thousand Islands Playhouse was called “the most charming theatre in Canada” (CBC Radio) in a “breathtaking location” (Toronto Star). Known as Canada’s Dockside Theatre, it has been presenting live entertainment in the heart of the 1000 Islands for over 35 years. It welcomes over 40,000 patrons every summer, with a season running from May – October. As the largest theatre company between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, the Thousand Islands Playhouse presents a wide range of works including lively musicals, compelling dramas, and raucous comedies.
