One of the key wildlife habitats in Eastern Ontario, the Sanctuary includes wooded uplands, waterways and marshland. Visitor Interpretive Centre with nature programs and more than 8 km of self-guided nature trails and over 200 species of birds. A birder’s paradise!
Located on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, the campground features 74 campsites (basic to 50 amp service) and five group campgrounds. Morrison Island offers some of the best Carp fishing in the world! The waterfront trail runs through the heart of the Sanctuary, offering excellent cycling. Located just minutes away from Upper Canada Village and Upper Canada Golf Course.
